In Diablo Immortal, the Demon Hunter class fulfills the fantasy of a bolt-shooting damage machine, packed into a high-risk/high-reward playstyle dictated by smart use of cooldowns such as Vengeance. The real strength and fun of this class lies within the synergies between different ability toolkits which perfectly embody the typical holy warrior fantasy, showcased by abilities like Spinning Shield and Consecration. Similar to its Diablo III counterpart, the Crusader in Immortal showcases the definition of a jack-of-all-trades: It provides great support options - especially in PvP situations - does decent damage, and it's not too hard to play.

Barbarians also hit like a truck in PvP battle and have an incredible mobility toolkit at their disposal. While the class lacks in terms of single-target damage, it shines in every other category: Whirlwind may be the best multi-target damage ability in the game, especially paired with the right legendary powers. The Barbarian is a great class choice if you want to make quick work of your enemies in close combat. While this doesn't necessarily make one class better than another, understanding those strengths and weaknesses may help you decide what to play as you face off against the minions of Hell. The six classes launching with Diablo Immortal have varied attacks, abilities, and capabilities, with some bringing better single target damage or support options to make up for weaknesses in other areas.
